We are looking for engineers!
We are always looking for engineers. Often because we have a customer who needs skills for an open assignment. But just as often because we want to expand our network of skilled freelance consultants so that we can create the best match between client and consultant for the next assignment.
If you are an experienced developer and considering life as a consultant, feel free to contact us for a talk about how to move forward together. See below for tasks, we are looking to be filled.
Life as a consultant
Many people have the idea that you need to be a specialist to work as a consultant.
This is a bit of a myth.
You need to be good at your job and preferably have several years of experience in one or more areas. For example, if you have 5-7 years of experience with development in C and C++ and have completed several projects with this – and if you are also quality conscious and have a responsible approach to your work – then you are already well on your way.
As a consultant, you should enjoy meeting new people, working on changing projects and at different companies – because that’s life as a consultant.
Working with freelance consultants
Our collaboration with freelance consultants is based on one of the following types of agreement:
Standard consultancy contract
(Fixed-term)
We have the agreement with the client and the assignment. We get a standard fee per hour you deliver on the job.
Standard consultancy agreement
(Not limited in time)
An assignment form where you can go to and from the assignment. We get a standard fee per hour you deliver on the job.
Pass-through invoicing
(Not limited in time)
We have the agreement with the client and you have the assdignment. We get a small fee per hour you deliver on the assignment.
Whether you live in the East or West doesn’t matter.
We are looking for consultants for assignments throughout the country – and the tasks are just as often solved remotely as onsite.
Why work with us?
Firstly, we are good at placing our consultants in relevant and exciting assignments. Secondly, we always enter into value-creating and honest collaborations with both clients and consultants. For you as a consultant, this means, among other things, that you will be offered:
- Full transparency in what is agreed
- Good conditions
- Fair payment
Furthermore, we have no clauses in our agreements. We do not want to hinder the good cooperation between customers and consultants, and therefore neither customers nor consultants are locked by clauses for 6 or 12 months after the termination of an agreement.
Contact us for a chat about how you can become part of our network of freelance consultants.
